Com o objetivo de distinguir o melhor da literatura LGBT (Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis, Transexuais e Transgéneros) em 2011, a Publishing Triangle e os The Ferro-Grumley Awards anunciaram recentemente os finalistas nas seis categorias: The Judy Grahn Award for Lesbian Nonfiction, The Randy Shitls Award for Gay Nonfiction, The Audre Lorde Award for Lesbian Poetry, The Thom Gunn Award for Gay Poetry, The Edmund White Award for Debut Fiction e o The Ferro-Grumley Award for LGBT Fiction.

Os vencedores serão anunciados durante uma cerimónia a realizar na New School, em Greenwich Village, em Nova Iorque, no dia 19 de abril.
